Canadian Meat Stuffing

minutesThis is a staple for any thanksgiving. It can also be modified for use in meat pies.
Ingredients
1pound lean hamburger 85%
1pound lean pork
1 box beef broth
1/2-1 tsp Allspice
1/8th tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 average sized Russet Potatoes
Directions
- Peel potatoes
- Cut/Cook and mash potatoes
- Once potatoes are cooked mix in raw ground meat
- Add beef broth ( enough to make it a slurry, not soupy)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Start with 1/2 tsp Allspice (Add to taste)
- Start with 1/8 tsp Cinnamon (Add to taste)
- Cook then remove cover and reduce down till thickened
- Taste again and season accordingly
Notes
- This recipe freezes well and once the stuffing is made can be packed into pie crusts to make fantastic meat pies.
