18 lbs honey (Trader Joe’s mesquite was used but any favorite would work) 3.5 gallons filtered water Mix together thoroughly Add: 1 tsp yeast nutrient 2 tsp yeast energizer 2 packs Lalvin 71B Clears and tastes good within a couple of months.
