Chili so good it will help you play guitar.

Ingredients

  • 1# Ground meat

  • 2 cans of beans (1 can of beans and 1 sweet potato can be used also)

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 can or a good squeeze of Tomato paste

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 2 Tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions

  • Brown and Season the meat well, when its cooking before adding everything else. You can hit it with a bit of adobo to add a little extra flare.
  • Once the meat has been cooked and browned, add in the remaining ingredients and let simmer for at least 1-2 hours.

Notes

  • A very simple recipe, perfect when for cold weather.
  • Throw some cheese on that bad boy, eat with corn chips..
