Ingredients
1# Ground meat
2 cans of beans (1 can of beans and 1 sweet potato can be used also)
1 bell pepper
1 Onion
1 can or a good squeeze of Tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt/pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown and Season the meat well, when its cooking before adding everything else. You can hit it with a bit of adobo to add a little extra flare.
- Once the meat has been cooked and browned, add in the remaining ingredients and let simmer for at least 1-2 hours.
Notes
- A very simple recipe, perfect when for cold weather.
- Throw some cheese on that bad boy, eat with corn chips..
