Ingredients
1 Cup Long grain White Rice
1 1/4 Cups Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 dried thyme
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
- Rinse rice to remove extra starch
- Mix stock and ingredients together and bring to a boil (covered)
- Once mixture starts boiling, turn down heat to lowest simmer, remove the cover and stir and return cover.
- Let cook for 15-20mins or until rice is fluffy and liquid has been absorbed.
- Turn off heat mix in butter thoroughly and serve.
