THE EXCITEMENT OF RICE!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Long grain White Rice

  • 1 1/4 Cups Chicken Stock

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 dried thyme

  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1.5 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

  • Rinse rice to remove extra starch
  • Mix stock and ingredients together and bring to a boil (covered)
  • Once mixture starts boiling, turn down heat to lowest simmer, remove the cover and stir and return cover.
  • Let cook for 15-20mins or until rice is fluffy and liquid has been absorbed.
  • Turn off heat mix in butter thoroughly and serve.
