6 Gallons (8 gallon boil)
- 24 lbs UK pale malt
- 2 lbs flaked barley
- 2 lbs flaked maize
- 3 lbs maple syrup (about a quart, added late in boil)
- 5 oz EKG 5%AA @ 120 min
- 7 oz EKG 5%AA @ 45 min
- 2 oz EKG 5%AA @ 15 min
est OG 1.140 est IBU 142
This was started with London Ale yeast, champagne yeast was added at first racking
