Ingredients
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter – cooled
Desired toppings – maple syrup, jam (homemade is best!) or make it savory with ham and cheese!
Directions
- Combine flour and eggs.
- Slowly add milk, water, salt and melted butter until smooth. Batter should not be lumpy.
- Add a tablespoon of butter to pan and heat until bubbly.
- Add 1/4 cup of batter and swirl pan to spread batter until covers the entire pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges start to set and flip crepe with soft spatula.
- Cook other side for 2-3 minutes until set and plate with your favorite toppings!
Notes
- You can also add all sorts of meats and cheeses to make them savory.
