Nice and light alternative to pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter – cooled

  • Desired toppings – maple syrup, jam (homemade is best!) or make it savory with ham and cheese!

Directions

  • Combine flour and eggs.
  • Slowly add milk, water, salt and melted butter until smooth. Batter should not be lumpy.
  • Add a tablespoon of butter to pan and heat until bubbly.
  • Add 1/4 cup of batter and swirl pan to spread batter until covers the entire pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges start to set and flip crepe with soft spatula.
  • Cook other side for 2-3 minutes until set and plate with your favorite toppings!

Notes

  • You can also add all sorts of meats and cheeses to make them savory.
