Ingredients
1 cup Butter – softened
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips – mini or chunks make the best!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt – set aside.
- In large bowl cream butter with sugar and brown until creamy and light fluffy. You shouldn’t see any granules of sugar
- Add eggs one at a time and continue to mix on low.
- Add vanilla.
- Slowly add in dry ingredients. When wet and dry ingredients are mixed but not fully combined add chocolate chips.
- Drop by cookie scoop or spoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Cooking
- For best results refrigerate cookie dough for 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Cook for 9-13 minutes – 9 minutes=soft/gooey and 13 minutes=crunchy
